Ken Zacharias

Ken grew up in rural Manitoba where rolling up your sleeves and getting the hard work done is a necessary way of life and he clearly believes in these principles. His background includes working as a forklift operator, construction and warehouse labour, and a structural building component designer. These roles have provided him with priceless and tangible experience in relating perfectly to the functions of the industrial sector of commercial real estate.

The first 12 years of Ken's commercial real estate experience was spent leasing industrial and suburban office portfolios in Calgary, Winnipeg, Regina and Saskatoon. Working with large organizations has afforded him the opportunity to develop a vast understanding of tenant and landlord sensitivities in a variety of market conditions.

Since joining the brokerage community in 2018 with a focus on tenant representation, leasing and owner/user sales has only helped Ken leverage a large network of relationships formed over the years and strengthened his reputation for class-leading professionalism and integrity.
