John Crockett

John Crockett graduated from the Asper School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) majoring in finance. John graduated with distinction, was consistently on the Dean’s Honour List, won an UMSU scholarship for achievement in academic excellence, and was awarded a lifetime membership to Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) as recognition for being in the top 10% of undergrad business students globally. Currently, John is working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

John began his career in 2014 with a local developer and landlord, focusing primarily on leasing suburban office and industrial flex space. He spent the next six years working with BentallGreenOak, leading the leasing program for Bentall’s third party downtown Winnipeg office portfolio.

Given his educational background and work experience, John has developed a strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail. He feels that relationships and trust should be the foundation of all working partnerships. He believes in taking a holistic approach to all transactions, ensuring he’s involving all stakeholders in the process.
